Kehilla Limmud

 
We are very excited to once again bring a unique and substantive opportunity to Colorado’s Jewish families. Now in its third year, Limmud Colorado is a multi-day, pluralistic, volunteer-led festival of Jewish learning, modeled after ones held over the past three decades in the United Kingdom, New York, Los Angeles, Moscow, Australia, Israel, and beyond. 
 
Limmud Colorado 2011 will be held May 27-30 on the picturesque campus of the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs (UCCS). We are writing to invite you to become a part of this exciting and growing endeavor through “Kehilla Limmud” (The Limmud/Learning Community).
 
In order to involve the broad spectrum of Colorado’s Jewish community – and to help ensure that Limmud Colorado is accessible to everyone in the community – we invite congregations, organizations, and businesses in our community to help make the conference affordable to all. All of the funds raised through Kehilla Limmud will go toward registration subsidies and scholarships, as outlined below:

·         Listing in the program guide distributed to each of our projected 300 participants.
·         Listing on our website, including a link back to your homepage.
·         Receive a 5% discount on Limmud Colorado 2011 registration for members and employees of your organization.
Kehilla Limmud Supporter                                                                                                            $500
·         Receive all the benefits listed above.
·         Include your organization’s promotional materials in the conference registration bags and have a booth at the organizational fair on Sunday.
 
Additionally, we hope your organization and members of your community will get involved. The weekend offers wonderful professional development and networking opportunities, and we encourage you, your staff, and your constituents to:
·      become volunteers in planning, fundraising, marketing, or event logistics by contacting us by phone 303-908-2785 or email.
·      promote Limmud Colorado in your communities by advertising the conference in your newsletters, web site, announcements, meetings, etc. We will be producing materials for you to use in your publications, on your website, social media presence, and emails.
