Limmud Coloraod Learning Grant:
Jewish Relationships, a Study Group of Ayeka
Facilitated by Dr. Caryn Aviv

Tuesday evenings, 7:15-9:00pm, starting October 23 through December.
$25 (individual) or $50 (couple).

Ayeka, a project of Kevah, is a Jewish study curriculum with diverse topics. Our group, which we will cap at 14 members of diverse ages, backgrounds, genders, and sexualities, will focus on relationships--how they work, what makes one successful or not, and what makes one Jewish?  For more information, visit the Kevah website:  http://kevah.org/

Lauren Ross, member of the Limmud community, is coordinating this group. She was inspired by attending 2 Ayeka learning sessions at the Limmud conference in January. She has yet to find a Jewish learning opportunity that feels this inspiring, personal and meaningful. She hopes that this group meets that need for others as well! Here is her contact info if you have any other questions: 303-394-6968, laurenross1818@yahoo.com.

Because the continuity of the group is very important, we want to be sure to have a committed group of individuals.  Click Here To Register as a couple;  Click Here To Register as an individual

Jewish Inclusion program took place on October 25, 2012.
It was an informative evening with Temple Grandin:

Despite a wet and snowy night, approximately 340 people attended the "Lets Start the Conversation in Boulder: Inclusion of People with Disabilities into Our Jewish Community."  The event, which  featured keynote speaker Dr. Temple Grandin, was held at Congregation Har HaShem in Boulder on Oct. 25. Limmud Inspired Rose Grant recipient Susan Glairon says her event committee is already discussing a follow- up event to continue the conversation. For more information about the event, please visit www.jewishinclusion.org and http://boulderjewishnews.org/2012/disability-inclusion-conversation-has-started/
